Description

Our client is a large retail management company based in Cork, they are currently seeking a Qualified Accountant to start a.s.a.p.

Duties include:

• Preparation / Review of quarterly management Accounts
• Quarterly financial control reviews with clients
• Preparation of Weekly KPI reports for clients
• Dealing with financial control issues arising out of KPI reports and management accounts.
• Managing client relationships.
• Overseeing weekly processing of journals on accountancy package
• Managing a staff of 2 to 3 accounts assistant's on a daily basis
• Provide full financial control service to clients

Requirements for this position are:

• Be a fully qualified Accountant - hold one of the recognised Accounting qualifications
• Have at least four years practice/industry experience
• Have previous leadership experience
• Ability to manage & train Accounts Assistants
• Be totally comfortable with all aspects of accounts preparation
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to work on own initiative
