Description

Our client, a Travel agency based in Cork, has an immediate vacancy for a Travel Agent to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and identifying their holiday needs
• Providing information to customers regarding commercial, leisure and personal travel arrangements
• Sales of holidays and travel related products
• Processing bookings and replying to enquiries by phone and email
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working efficiently within a team environment

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Min of one years experience working as a travel consultant
• Excellent customer care & sales skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team based environment is essential.
• Excellent computer systems (Galileo) and administration skills
