Description

 FASTNET RECRUITMENT has an immediate vacancy for a Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant. 

This will be a challenging and fast-paced role working closely with clients in the pharma, bio pharma and engineering industries.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Engineering sectors.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Presenting shortlists of closely matched candidates to client companies.
• Facilitating the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, assessment centres, medicals, references, negotiating job offers etc.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• New business development.
• Achieving bi-monthly and annual sales targets.

 

Requirements include:

• Educated to Diploma/Degree level
• Previous experience in recruitment or a proven track record in sales is essential
• Experience in recruiting technical professionals within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be an advantage.
• A commitment to the highest professional standards.
• A proactive demeanor along with high levels of energy, enthusiasm and drive.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
