Description

     

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for a multinational medical device company, based in their manufacturing facility in Cork. This is a permanent role, reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain a customer feedback system that is compliant with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform product investigations in accordance with procedural requirements.
• Lead, perform and document product failure reports and technical studies for problem identification and elimination.
• Develop statistical analysis reporting method for feedback to Management and Production.
• Support and project manage validations and projects within budget.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

 

Requirements include:

• Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Min 4yrs experience in a technical role, ideally in Quality.
• Knowledge of FDA, medical device, cGMP and validation requirements.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Experience of managing projects.
• Excellent communication and skills
