Description

Core Responsibilities:

The role involves a diverse range of activities including:

• Managing a range of Intercompany Transfer Pricing Agreements including Limited Risk Distribution, Guaranteed Distribution, Exclusives and POI Co-Promotion.  This includes approval of budgets, tracking invoices, monitoring actual expenditure against budget and approval of payments in the intercompany netting.
• Providing monthly Profit and Loss and Cashflow forecast updates for Intercompany activities.
• Preparation of Statutory accounts.
• Working with Corporate Audit for the annual SOX Audit of Tax.
• Working with KPMG for interim and year end audits.

 

Qualifications

• Financial background and / or a strong functional knowledge of financial reporting requirements
• The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data manipulation skills, and preferably a knowledge of Oracle
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with colleagues in the Finance departments in Cork and abroad.
• Proven record of being a self-starter and capable of meeting deadlines with limited supervision.
