Description

Responsibilities:

 

1.                  Developing depreciation budgets and forecasts.

2.                  Responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts.

3.                 Support the Business Finance Team in the development of annual Budgets.

4.                  Facilitate the forecasting of costs and latest estimate reporting for the plant.

5.                  Ensuring all the internal controls of the facility are maintained and that local controls are compliant with corporate policies and procedures.

6.                 Provide meaningful financial information to all departments to enable informed decision making.

7.                 Liaise with the Global Financial Shared Services Centre to ensure seamless financial support to the facility.

8.                 Provide accurate and timely information about the plants financial performance to the Global Financial Shared Services Centre to enable monthly reporting of consolidated profit and loss accounts, balance sheets etc

 

Education:   

  

Candidates should hold a Qualified Accountant designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA).

Experience:   

Relevant industrial accounting experience and a knowledge of internal accounting, financial and operating controls, in a major multi-branch-manufacturing environment.
