Earlier this year, Niamh O'Driscoll, Managing Director of Fastnet Recruitment and Brian Flynn, Director of the Executive Search Division were upgraded to the status of Fellow within the CIDP.

The Institute was awarded Chartered Status in July 2000 in recognition of its role in promoting "the art and science of the management and development of people for the public benefit".

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute must have at least ten years' managerial level experience, seven of which will have been in a specific personnel and development role and must be operating at a strategic management level. For most senior HR positions,

Chartered Fellow is the membership grade of choice.
Niamh is also a member of the CIPD Southern Region Committee.

CIPD Ireland has grown from 400 members to 5,500 members in 25 years.
