Cornmarket Financial Group Services started life in 1972 as Savings & Investments Ltd and concentrated on providing public sector employees, in particular, with a broad range of financial services. In 1987, we became part of the Woodchester Group and, as Woodchester Brokers, continued to expand our services.

In 1999, the Company was purchased from GE Capital Woodchester – making it once again a wholly Irish-owned and independent brokerage. This change in status meant that we had to drop the name Woodchester.

Since mid-1999, we have been a member of the Irish Life & Permanent Group of companies. We currently employ over 160 people throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. In addition to our Head Office at Christchurch Square, we have branch offices in Galway, Cork and Belfast.
