In January of 2007, Brian Flynn was appointed as Director of the  Executive Search for its Senior Management Division.

Brian has primary (1973) and Masters (1991) degrees in Psychology from U.C.C. and has held key HR positions in Ferrero, Wexford Electronics and Glaxo Smith Kline as well as running his own consultancy for a number of years.

Brian joined Fastnet from his most recent position as Director of HR at Schering Plough in Cork.
Brian will be responsible for expanding the Senior Management Division at Fastnet with an emphasis on Executive Search, Interim Management and Boardroom appointments.
